As a way to apologize for not posting in a long time...I have decided to have a contest! The rules are pretty simple. Post a comment in reply to this post- the first 5 people will be entered. I will enter your name into a hat and draw a winner. The winner recieves one of the mother's day cards (of her choice) in my etsy shop- free shipping and all! And just in time for mother's day :). Well I have been pretty busy lately. Adam's sister got married Friday and I was a bridesmaid- that was actually quite fun and the wedding was beautiful! Forgot to take any pictures though! This week we have been at Adam's parents house a lot because his grandparents are in town. It's been crazy but fun. Odin is being a great sleeper lately- we transitioned him to 2 naps and he has now been napping for two hours straight. He has really been doing well with staying awake for 3 hours at a time! I am going to try to post more often from now on :)

Some new stuff

Okay, everyone! I have added a few new items this week, ones I am really happy with. The first is a mother's day card. Mother's day is coming up and so I am listing unique, handmade cards for you! I can also do custom mother's day cards. The second item is a cute, fun, already embellished baby boy mini album. It folds kind of like an accordion and is ready for your pictures! It would make a great brag book for grandma or for a new mom.

Other than that, not much going on here. We let Odin cry himself to sleep last night, which we did a long time ago but then he got hooked on his pacifier. So it took about 40 minutes for him to fall asleep but after that he only woke a couple times and each time was able to fall back asleep on his own! So for now it seems to be working...

i have been sick...

which is why i havent posted in so long! i cant believe it! and i dont even have any new pictures for you, nor have i listed anything new on my etsy shop, because i havent been feeling well. but, i think i am pretty much better now, so back to work!

My family left on Saturday morning, and Adam had food poisoining that day. I know, what fun. It has really been crazy around here! But I had fun with my family, Maddy and I got pedicures, it was a good time despite being sick. This month is also crazy- MOPS friday, potluck saturday, Adam's sister's wedding the following weekend, which I am in, and a potluck softball game the following weekend. but i like it busy like this, because being a sahm i need to do things or I will go crazy. Especially since Odin is teething and not sleeping as well. He has been whiny lately...and he keeps standing up in his crib and won't lay back down! But last night he slept all night for the first time in a few weeks, so that was great!

I am hoping to list 2-3 more items this week- I have them made they are just not up yet. I also want to show off some Easter and swimming pictures of Odin. No, he cannot swim but he loves the water! I can rant about the costliness of swim lessons which is why we aren't doing them later...but for now, please let me know any suggestions of any kind you have for my shop. ie. what else should I sell, how I can promote, etc. Thanks!
